Apply transitions between slides
Slide transitions are the effects that occur when you move from one slide to the next during an on-screen presentation. Here’s how to work with them.
Print slides, notes, or handouts
Minimize slide text and put notes in the notes section, out of your audience’s site. And print them with or without slide thumbnail images.
Work with handout masters
If you want to make more specific slide layout and formatting changes than you can make in Print view, open the handout master by clicking View > Handout Master. Watch this video to see what kinds of changes you can make there.
Add a sound effect to a transition
Add sound effects to transitions (visual effects when moving between slides) in your presentation. Set them to start and stop when you want them to, and more.
Animate pictures, shapes, text, and other objects
You can animate anything in three steps. Select what you want to animate, select an animation, and tweak it with an effect option.
Design motion paths
Let’s apply a motion path. You use a motion path to move something in a very specific way on a slide. You can also combine motion paths with other effects.
