The Digital Agenda for Europe 2020 is the EU's (European Union) growth strategy for the coming decade (started in 2010), which incorporates three main priorities to help the EU and the Member States deliver high levels of employment, productivity and social cohesion via digital skills and technologies. The Digital Agenda proposes to enhance the potential of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in order to foster innovation, economic growth and progress.
